Two weight figures, and the one that matters
The listing gives a maximum weight recommendation of 200 pounds for the table, and separately states that the lifted top supports 11 pounds. Both are true and they describe different things, but the second is the one that will affect you daily.
Two hundred pounds is what the table as a whole is rated for, sitting closed on its legs. Eleven pounds is what the spring hinge assembly will hold in the raised position. That is enough for a laptop, a plate, a book and a mug. It is not enough for a laptop plus a monitor, a stack of textbooks, or somebody leaning on the raised surface. The hinge mechanism, not the table, is the limiting component, and it is the part that fails if you overload it.
Anyone buying this to work at should plan around eleven pounds. If the intended use is a full workstation, this is the wrong furniture and a proper desk such as the FLEXISPOT EN1 is the honest answer.
The finger safe opening is worth more than it sounds

The specification block contradicts the manufacturer copy on materials. The frame material type field reads wood, while the product bullets describe a thickened steel frame with reinforced angled legs. Those are different things and the listing does not resolve which describes the load bearing structure. The same block lists a seating capacity of one and an unextended seating capacity of one, on a coffee table, and a number of height positions of one, on a table whose selling point is that it has two.
The height is given twice and disagrees: 16.93 inches in one field, 17.4 inches in another. Neither states the raised height, which is the resting height plus the 6.3 inch lift. Also missing: the board thickness beyond the tabletop, the hinge cycle rating, whether replacement hinges are available, and whether the stain resistant claim covers the cut edges, which on laminated engineered board it never does.
Who it suits and who should look elsewhere
It suits a living room where people eat, work or play on the sofa, and where a coffee table is expected to hide the clutter rather than display it. The 6.3 inch lift is enough to make a laptop or a plate comfortable, the finger safe opening is the right detail for a family room, and 39 inches by 19.7 is a proportion that fits a normal three seat sofa without dominating.
Look elsewhere if you need a warranty, which this listing does not offer, or if the lifted surface will carry more than about eleven pounds.
